🎓 Eligibility / पात्रता
Educational Qualification:
✔️ ITI certificate in the relevant trade from NCVT/SCVT OR
✔️ Diploma / Degree in Engineering/Technology related to trade.
Age Limit (आयु सीमा):
✔️ Minimum: 18 years
✔️ Maximum: 40 years
✔️ Age relaxation as per MP Govt Rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD etc.
📝 Selection Process / चयन प्रक्रिया
The selection will be based on a written examination (objective/CBT) conducted by MPESB followed by document verification of shortlisted candidates.
📍 Written Test: Covers trade-specific technical knowledge & general awareness.
💰 Salary / वेतन Structure
✔️ Pay Scale: Rs. 32,800 – 1,03,600 per month under Pay Level-8 as per 7th CPC.
✔️ Candidates also get DA and Government allowances.
✔️ During probation period (3 years): stipend is 70% first year, 80% second, 90% third year of minimum pay.
